WHOO-HOO POP!
I was so damn happy. My parents went to my GP and was dere to share it with me. But i didn't really stay. Said bye-bye to a few close friends, and ran with my family out of the island. via the ferry. duh.
I guess it's time to reflect on my BMT life. i wun say it's tat bad, but in comparison to some of my friends, it ain't too good either.
Orion was my home for these two weeks. I met a hell lot of friends, some super duper close, some far from close despite staying in the same bunk. I had my laughs, tons of it, in bmt. And i realli can't forget these fun times la, cos in bmt, u get so few of it and u'll remember even the slightest bit of laugh.
First of all, i gotta be blunt. I didn't enjoy my BMT that much. In fact i hated it. WHY. Right frm the second week, all the way, i hated my book-in. All of it. The duration of all our book-outs were much too short (except the holiday ones), and my book-out time was much too well-spent (i gotta admit, i loved every of my book-out). But it kinda sucks why everytime i ask my fren from Falcon he always seemed to bookout earlier and bookin later.
That didn't last though. Soon i got used to my book-in, except for a few occassional piss-offs. My company has quite little welfare, no canteen breaks at all, and where's my hamper? :P My commanders were mean to us, and i wld have thot they would have been nicer in the last week but nooooo.
ah wth, it's army rite. i suppose the commanders did play a job in training us. yeah, my dad said i lost my baby smell and now it's all BO and mud smell. my mom lked at my backside and asked where the heck it is. In terms of training, they did a great job.
Anyway, i was starting to enjoy my block leave 2 days ago when suddenly, i received a letter from NUS i hav a test today, an interview on friday. the next day, dentistry sent me a letter saying i have a test on monday and an interview on wed.
im excited! and im not pissed even tho my block leave now is effectively reduced to just another bookout. :P
